ORHS PASSENGER TRAIN TICKET TERMS

Refunds will be granted until 10 days before the
scheduled departure. No refunds will be
issued after date shown on tickets. Service charge for refunds 25% of the
price of ticket
with the exception of Pittsburgh Overnight which is $25 plus any
nonrefundable
expenses ie. hotel, meals, riverboat.
There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned check.
The possession or consumption of intoxicating beverages, or illicit
drugs, is
strictly prohibited on the trains. For the comfort of all our
passengers, smoking is
not permitted. NO CONCEALED WEAPONS
PERMITTED ON THE TRAIN.
SEATING
Coach Ticket assignment will be made by car and
seat number. Single Seat Holders may have to share seat with
another
passenger. Persons who wish to sit together should order tickets at
the same time. No childrens prices with the exception of
the Santa Train. Infants may ride free on their parents lap. Preference as to type
of car/fare will be honored on a space
available basis, strictly according
to the date of our receipt of your order, and fully paid remittance.
We reserve the right of
substitution unless your order specifically states
a limitation. Groups interested in trips should contact the Depot
Office for
details. We now accept American Express cards.
DISCLAIMER
The sponsors of these trips reserves the right to substitute equipment
should any mechanical failure occur beyond its
control. Every effort will
be made to operate these trips as scheduled. The sponsoring organization
is non-profit/public
supported, and is operating the trains to help fund
the restoration of the Orrville Union Depot complex and railroad
equipment
to help maintain Ohio's railroad heritage.
Additional Information
Due to the historic nature of the equipment,we are NOT Handicap Accessible, no supplemental
assistance or facilities available
Train loading area is at Chester and McGill Streets, NOT THE DEPOT!
Follow the parking signs to boarding area.
All passengers will be loaded in the safest and most expedient
manner. First Class and Executive Class tickets does not
mean you will board first.
